What happens if an item is sold out ?

Our commitment to providing staple items means that we continuously restock all of our products to ensure that they remain readily available to our valued customers unless discontinued.

In addition to providing restock dates in the product descriptions, we also welcome any inquiries you may have through our Contact us.

What is the wait time when an item is sold out ?

Once an item is sold out it takes 3-6 weeks to be restocked.

Where are Bridesquad The Label products made?

All of our products are designed and shipped from Australia and made with love in Bali.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my item?

All garments are eligible for return but must be within the guidelines of our return policy and the requested return has to be within the 14 days from the date you receive your product. Contact contact@bridesquadthelabel.com for your request return.

What is your Returns Policy?

You may return your items or exchange sizing as long as its within the timeframe of

14 days from the date you receive your product.

Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will receive a refund. (Please note that the Bridesquad undertakes strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return).

Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits and Swimwear)
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • A receipt/ Email proof of purchase

All garments eligible for return must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order. After this 14 day period all sales are final.

Do you ship outside of AU/NZ?

Yes, we ship all over the world. For shipping outside of Australia & New Zealand - please Contact Us directly using the form.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
