You may return your items or exchange sizing as long as its within the timeframe of 14 days from the date you receive your product.
Bridesquad undertakes strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return. Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will receive a refund.
1. The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
2. The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
3. The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits and Swimwear)
4. The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
5. A receipt/ Email proof of purchase
